Course Scope
- PPE.
- Using the correct hand and power tools.
- Interpreting plans, specifications, drawings.
- Sheeting and Cladding Materials
- Installing Sheeting & Sladding Systems(Flashings).
- Openings in profiled roof and walls
- Insulation.
- Sealants and fillers.

- Select size and quality of materials from drawings and schedules using required formulas and calculations.

- Demonstrate how to install sheeting and cladding to built up systems, insulated board systems and composite panel systems.
- Form openings in profiled roof and walls with open and closed flashings.
- Explain the purpose and use of insulation .
- Explain the purpose and use of sealants.
- Explain the purpose and use of fillers.
- Describe how components contribute to providing effective watertightness.
- Explain the restrictions caused by material dimensions.
